Brings nearly 31 years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, business operations, and organizational leadership. With doctoral-level education in business and IT and service on community, city, and county boards, he provides governance support, strategic oversight, accountability, and community revitalization guidance.
Dr. Maya Rookard McPherson Behavioral Health Advisor
Dr. McPherson is a tenured Associate Professor of Psychology at Fort Valley State University. Her doctoral research examined correctional work environments in a Georgia prison, and she contributed to the Georgia Department of Corrections’ Metro Reentry Manual. She provides governance and non-clinical guidance on program design, participant support, and referral practices. She does not provide clinical assessment, counseling, or treatment through Living Wellz.
Darlene Felix Director of Resident Engagement and Support
Licensed master cosmetologist and instructor with 26 years of professional experience and a strong interest in psychology and behavioral development. She leads resident onboarding, engagement, accountability, conflict resolution, and the development of a positive house culture.
Tyeisha Bussie Director of Operations
Business professional and co-owner of a logistics company with extensive operational management experience. She oversees daily operations, staffing coordination, organizational systems, workflow management, and program execution.
Ivorie Myana (Edwards) Director of Housing Operations
Licensed real estate broker and investor with approximately 17 years of experience in residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate. She provides leadership in housing compliance, property operations, resident placement, and housing program management.
Trevean Nesfield, LCSW Director of Reentry and Federal Partnerships
Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in reentry systems and government partnerships. She supports referral development, institutional relationships, compliance efforts, federal partnerships, and resident support coordination.
