Living Wellz Foundation is preparing to begin resident intake at its 12-bed, non-clinical transitional home in Milledgeville, Georgia, serving adult men from across Middle Georgia. Our program is designed to support men returning from incarceration as they build stability, pursue employment, and prepare for independent housing.
Residents will follow a structured daily routine emphasizing personal responsibility, employment readiness, and practical life skills. Each resident’s individualized Blueprint will begin with one question: “What do you want?” Planned support includes goal setting, employment navigation, financial literacy, and connections to community resources.
Our pathway is Housing → Employment → Stabilization → Savings → Independent Housing. Living Wellz does not provide clinical treatment; participants needing those services will be connected to qualified outside providers.
Many men returning to society face a lack of structure, support, and opportunity, which can be particularly challenging without a men's reentry program to guide them. Without stability and accountability, the chances of falling back into old patterns increase. Living Wellz exists to change that by creating a structured living environment and a clear, structured path forward.
